Today i am going to tell you that, how to repair time problem in computer? in this days some people having a problem in time/date setting with computer means when they open their computer they see the time/date like 00:00 AM and 01/01/9999 or 01/01/2005 whatever wrong time.
So today i got the solution to solve this problem so if you have the same problem just read this post and sort out the problem.
Actually your problem is related with CMOS battery. it's work is to save the computer time and date and keep it up to date, it is a hardware and attached to your computer's motherboard see the image below:
if you found it just check it out if it is working or not if you know how to do it, but mostly if the CMOS battery is well you will face the time/date problem that means it is not well it need to replace so the procedure of replace the CMOS battery is very easy you will not need to call the computer technician and don't need to waste the money,just open the cabinet's cover from left side after that find out the CMOS battery on your motherboard when you will find it just press a small unlock handle which you will see beside of CMOS battery carefully move it out and Just go the computer parts shop and ask for CMOS battery and also keep the old battery with you if shop keeper ask you to tell the battery model or number you can show him the old and he will give you the new as it is.
If you are having problem to find out the CMOS battery shop, just go to the Hand Watch repairing shop they also keep this battery and it works with computer but don't tell them that you need it for computer they will demand more money than it's actual price.
When you will get the CMOS battery just put half battery into the battery frame and after that press it, it will be lock and you have replace it, Yuhuu!
just open your computer that set up the time and when you will shutdown the computer and when you will open again next time you will not face the problem.
